My Favorite Healthy Breakfasts

Here are a few of my favorite (easy) healthy meals for breakfast:

2. peanut butter toast with a little honey
3. fresh fruit
4. spinach and feta cheese omelet (substitute real egg for egg beaters or egg whites)
