Recently I have tried to change little things in my life to be more healthy. One thing that has yet to change is my constant restaurant eating habit. I learned a tip about cooking in bulk on the weekends in order to bring a healthy lunch to work each day. So yesterday, I bought tons of chicken breast, shrimp, whole wheat pasta, veggies, brown rice and other healthy food options so I can start changing my ways.
