Weekend Plans
I'm pretty excited about my weekend and here's why:
Tonight i'm going to the KC Royals baseball game with my boyfriend, tomorrow we are going to play tennis and do a little shopping:), then lunch at Fogo de Chao (because I have never been and have heard amazing things), then napping, then drinks with a friend and then going out on the town with my best pals Coop and Pan! I just am bursting with excitement.
Bold and Beautiful
It's all about bright colors and bold patterns this spring and summer and I couldn't be more excited. I usually just stick to my neutrals but I might be adventurous this year, who knows?

Royal Wedding Fashion
So I have to admit, the only parts of the wedding I wanted to see were the fashion (her dress especially), vows, first kiss and fly-over. I pretty much fast-forwarded through the rest of it. However I couldn't miss the fabulous hats that were worn today and I really want that to become a tradition over here in the good 'ol U.S.

Princess Time
What girl doesn't want to be a princess? Since I am not Kate Middleton, I will be waiting a while to become a princess :(. But luckily a funny co-worker of mine made me this hat today so I would feel like a princess - thanks Dan!

Mother's Day!
Mother's Day is just around the corner and I am so excited! I love shopping for my mom because she is the GREATEST mom in the whole world! Unfortunately this year I can't be with her on her day but we will celebrate just a few weeks late! I plan on shipping her a big box of surprises this year to let her know how amazing she is. Here are some cute things that any mom would love!

As you can tell, I am sort of a shopaholic. Luckily, there are many great websites that are dedicated to people just like me. They find all the best sales and sends them straight to you in an email. Here are a few of my favorites:
SITM let's you pick stores, designers and brands that you love and sends you emails when those items or places go on sale.
Gilt has tons of great sales by different designers.
Urban Daddy sends you updates on great deals in your area and nationally - cool restaurant and hotel specials etc...
