Where's the beef?
Let me start this by saying my roommate is a vegetarian and I am not. I have considered it because of the obvious benefits but from my understanding it is pretty difficult to do (and with my lack of self-control, I am sure it would be close to impossible). Anywho, I have found myself looking at more and more vegetarian recipes in order for us to be able to enjoy a meal or two together. Here are some yummy ones I came across on Food Network.

Take the Town
Last night my dad, his girlfriend, my roommate and I all went to explore the wonderful city of Dallas. We decided to make four stops. After our first cocktail at Nana Grill, at the top of the Anatole, we ventured over to Meddlesome Moth for appetizers (and a tasting flight of beer). If that wasn't fun enough, we hit the Dragonfly at Hotel ZaZa next for dinner and topped the night off at Fearings for dessert. Talk about an AMAZING night.

Sunday morning my pal Jessica and I went on a little adventure to Petland to play with some puppies. They are so freakin expensive but also, so adorable. Below are the two that we played with:

Messy No-Bake
I seem to think when I read "No Bake" that it somehow means the recipe will be easy. AHh, not so much. My friend and I decided to make Oreo Balls for a baby shower last weekend and although these were basically the most delicious desserts I have ever had, they were extremely messy to make! It's Wedding Season
I just want to say congratulations to my step-brother Gregg and his new fiance Brittany. They are both amazing people and I wish them all the best in their engagement and marriage. I can't wait to help them plan the wedding every step of the way! Love you guys!

Delicate
