Every year I do this. I say i'm going to grow my hair out long so I can do more things with it and then I end up chopping it off because I hate the fact that I just put it up in a pony or bun everyday. One of THOSE Days

Today was one of those long, stressful, drawn out days. Luckily I am in bed, watching NCIS and drinking some vino now - a perfect end if you ask me. Even though today wasn't great, tomorrow is Cinco de Mayo and my pal Pan's birthday so it will be an exciting day and then Friday is her fantabulous party with some much needed margaritas and Coronas.

A Healthy Tip

Recently I have tried to change little things in my life to be more healthy. One thing that has yet to change is my constant restaurant eating habit. I learned a tip about cooking in bulk on the weekends in order to bring a healthy lunch to work each day. So yesterday, I bought tons of chicken breast, shrimp, whole wheat pasta, veggies, brown rice and other healthy food options so I can start changing my ways.
